Complete one registration form for each team being registered and write a separate check for each age division being registered.  All registrations can be mailed in together. We need separate checks for tracking purposes for each tournament director. No cash please.

Upon arrival drop off your Release and Roster at the concession stand prior to start of your first game. Failure to do so can result in delay of game, forfeiture of game, or other sanction.
